Job Description:
As a Senior Project Manager (Commerce & Customer Experience), you will lead the delivery of complex digital projects—spanning strategy, creative, and web/mobile development—ensuring alignment with client goals, budget, and scope. You will drive stakeholder collaboration, manage client relationships, and guide cross-functional teams to achieve high-quality outcomes. This remote role reports to the Director of Project Management and emphasizes proactive risk management, resource optimization, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee cross-functional digital projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery within defined scope.
Lead client communications, manage stakeholder alignment, and maintain strong client relationships.
Develop and manage integrated project plans, ensuring strategic alignment and adherence to delivery frameworks and success metrics.
Oversee project estimations, deliverables, and scope management; champion project management best practices and process improvements.
Monitor project health, track tasks and risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure repeatable, efficient processes.
Forecast and allocate resources, ensuring teams meet timelines and project goals.
Provide day-to-day leadership to project teams, defining and delegating roles and responsibilities.
Manage project budgets, control costs, and report on financial performance.
Establish effective project governance, decision-making structures, and clear accountabilities.
Design and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope, schedule, resources, risks, and quality requirements.
Develop and maintain project schedules, manage dependencies, and resolve inter-project issues.
Identify and manage stakeholder relationships and communications, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as needed.
Apply agile project management methodologies to drive iterative delivery, foster team collaboration, and adapt to changing requirements.
Qualifications:
5+ years' experience in project management, account management, or similar.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Agency experience preferred.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, MS Teams).
Additional information
The annual salary range for this position is $78,000 - $126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
