PCMI (Policy Claim Management International) is a fast-growing, leading provider of integrated software for Extended Warranty Management and Finance and Insurance (F&I) administration. We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.
What You’ll Do
The Senior Project Manager role plays one of the most important parts in PCMI’s customer experience lifecycle, getting our new customers - who have invested their time, resources, and trust in us - fully onboarded, configured, implemented, and up-and-running in an efficient manner all while delivering the best customer experience.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver our software solutions in time and on budget, being on top of project status and always being proactive in driving issue resolution forward.
- Demonstrate multi-disciplinary team leadership by effectively utilizing internal and external resources.
- Build Trusted Advisor relationships with clients while performing project management best practices throughout the course of all project phases.
- Communicate and gather requirements from key stakeholders to formulate a business vision and determine the scope of the project.
- Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules, customer expectations, meeting milestones, and ensuring customer and project success.
- Strong focus on maintaining client satisfaction, enhancing the PCRS package, and communicating successfully to the development team.
- Create implementation plans and manage changes to project scopes, schedules, and costs using appropriate verification processes.
- Proactively monitor clients’ transactions and processes, perform analysis, and provide recommendations to necessary parties to ensure customer satisfaction with PCMI products and services.
- Clearly and tactfully articulate problems, resolutions, and provide recommendations in an understandable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences via conference calls, WebEx, and in person.
- Proactive follow-up (daily/weekly) with customers on project status to drive on-time delivery.
- Perform ongoing review of project status to identify any project risks along with risk mitigation plan.
- Report weekly to management on accomplishments, activities, and progress against goals and objectives; engage management appropriately and in a timely manner in problem determination, remediation, and resolution.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events as needed.
What You’ll Need to Join Our Team
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- PMP Certified, preferred.
- 3-5+ years as a customer facing Project Manager implementing SaaS solutions.
- Implementation experience with 6–12-month timelines including data conversions and process improvement, preferred.
- SaaS delivery experience in either the Insurance, Financial or Automotive warranty industry highly preferred.
- Experienced in data driven tracking & verification for project conversion and testing progress.
- Experienced in resource scheduling, utilization targets, owning a budget, and have worked extensively in Professional Services.
- Passionate about customer success, building relationships, and learning.
- Complete knowledge and understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Expertise in creating technical documentation, functional design documents, and workflow processes.
- Competent with application software implementation and testing practices.
Travel Requirements
- Available for flexible national and international travel to client sites approximately 10%-20%
