Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
  • Manage large-scale, customer-facing projects, potentially including new product introductions, first-of-a-kind solutions, and international deployments
  • Serve as the single point of contact for senior-level customer representatives and internal/external project teams, ensuring consistent communication and progress reporting
  • Assume full responsibility for project leadership and strategy, including planning, directing, and controlling resources and processes across complex scopes to meet customer specifications, quality requirements, and safety/engineering standards
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering & Design, Procurement, Suppliers, Finance, Site Management, Commissioning, Quality, and Legal/Contract Management to ensure successful project execution
  • Manage project risks, scope, and budget throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring safe and timely completion within budgetary constraints
  • Monitor and enhance the financial health of the project by managing key metrics such as Revenue, Cost, Margin, and Free Cash Flow (FCF)
  • Ensure full compliance with safety protocols, including during site visits and on-site execution
  • Share customer feedback and lessons learned with relevant teams including Engineering, Program Management, Sales, and Product Management
  • Contribute during the proposal phase in defining project scope, timelines, and cost estimates
  • Ensure operational excellence in areas such as integrity, compliance, and financial controllership
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical/engineering project or program management within power generation, transmission, distribution, or energy-related sectors
  • Proven experience in directly managing customer-facing technical projects including engineering, procurement, and construction scope
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, both domestically and internationally, to customer or company sites
  • Strong and fluent communication skills in both Turkish and English
  • Capable of working under remote or hybrid work models
  • Comfortable living and working in Turkiye

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong command of Italian is a plus
  • A degree in an engineering discipline is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, multi-time-zone environment with strong ownership mindset
  • Working knowledge of solar and battery energy storage systems, including familiarity with codes and standards applicable in Turkey
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to communicate clearly and concisely, assess information for decision-making, anticipate obstacles, and develop actionable plans
  • Familiarity with Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs)
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and technical aptitude to quickly learn new technologies and customer applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience with LEAN principles and practices
  • Multilingual capabilities are an asset
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification; familiarity with modern project management tools and platforms, including global resource planning systems and Primavera
