Forum One is a digital agency that helps federal agencies and mission-driven organizations solve complex challenges through strategy, design, technology, and data. We are growing our public sector team in anticipation of an upcoming federal contract award and are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex digital and technology engagements. The ideal candidate has experience working within federal contracting environments, managing multidisciplinary teams, and delivering successful outcomes for government clients. This position is contingent upon contract award.
What You'll DoProject Leadership- Lead complex federal technology and digital services projects from discovery through deployment.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Facilitate Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Partner with technical leads to translate requirements into actionable project plans and user stories.
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets, burn rates, forecasts, and resource allocations.
- Track scope changes and support change order processes.
- Maintain accurate project reporting, revenue forecasting, and invoicing.
- Drive project profitability and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact on the project for federal clients.
- Facilitate status meetings, project reviews, and stakeholder communications.
- Support high client satisfaction and CPARS performance.
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, developers, strategists, and subcontractors.
- Conduct project health checks and retrospectives.
- Support a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of project management experience (or Master's degree and 7+ years), including leading federal government technology, digital services, web, CMS, cloud, data, or digital transformation projects.
- PMP certification required, with strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience managing project budgets, forecasts, staffing plans, resource allocation, and overall project financial performance.
- Strong understanding of federal contracting environments, including Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contracts, FAR/DFARS requirements, and federal procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, client relationship, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident able to work domestically.
- Ability to obtain and maintain any Public Trust or security clearance required by the awarded contract.

The anticipated base salary range for this contingent position is $84,000 to $126,000, subject to final contract award and funding. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, security clearances, internal equity, and the responsibilities of the position.
