1 YEAR LONG CONTRACT
The Salesforce Global Brand Marketing team is looking for a vibrant, self-starting Project Manager to join our Team. We oversee the Creative Projects for the Global Brand Marketing team and this role will specifically support the Salesforce Integrated Campaigns Marketing, as well as Digital Creative. This is a great role for a results-oriented person with the ability to communicate effectively, make decisions on the fly, and encourage collaboration between teams.The ideal candidate has previous experience managing projects where creative teams  are concepting and producing integrated campaigns including assets such as:  TV spots, print, out of home, display ads, web pages, social media assets, white papers, webinars, etc. This person is known for rallying teams around a shared goal by bringing energy and focus to ensure exceptional results are delivered on time and with enthusiasm.This person is comfortable facilitating projects in a fast-paced, solutions-oriented environment.You must be able to:
  • Build and facilitate project plans and meetings
  • Communicate timelines and approval frameworks for cross-team understanding
  • Identify, communicate, and recommend solutions to boost team efficiency and productivity
  • Manage a large, dynamic scope of projects with a variety of stakeholders across multiple teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and continually updated
  • Provide timely status updates
  • Identify and remove impediments that block the team’s ability to meet project objectives
  • Facilitate ongoing team discussions and work to resolve challenges
  • Work, think, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and fluid environment
  • Have a healthy sense of humor and a strong penchant for fun
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
  • The ability to effectively use Slack, Google spreadsheets and Google Decks.
  • Three to five plus years of project/program management experience in integrated campaigns from conception to delivery (TV, print, out of home, display, social, website, etc)
  • Production on-set experience a plus
  • Prior ad agency experience a plus
  • A strong command of the web and marketing packages.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills (verbal/presentation/written).
  • Proven experience working with teams across multiple departments (cross-functional groups a plus).
  • Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously with multiple stakeholders
  • Use of independent judgment and initiative to make recommendations and/or solve problems
  • Proactive and results-oriented

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $129,100 - $177,600 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $140,900 - $193,700 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
