We are seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and execution-oriented Senior Program Manager, U.S. Payer Initiatives to help accelerate the U.S. payer team’s internal development initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and external partnership coordination.

This role is built for someone who can connect strategy to action. The right candidate will bring strong program and project management skills, a bias for execution, and the ability to bring organization and structure to complex, cross-functional work. They will help move key initiatives forward, support strategic planning, organize and facilitate working sessions and workshops, oversee partner and customer implementations, and serve as a trusted partner to internal leaders and external stakeholders.

This position will work closely with payer sales leadership, product and marketing partners, revenue and portfolio strategy teams, and external customers and partners to ensure plans are clear, coordinated, and moving.

This role will help the U.S. payer team move faster, work smarter, and stay aligned. It is a hands-on role with real influence — ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, building momentum across teams, and turning good ideas into reality.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of key internal and external workstreams from planning through delivery

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal leaders, external partners, and customers

  • Support implementation efforts with customers and help guide activation planning

  • Support strategic planning efforts across the U.S. payer team

  • Organize and facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and working meetings

  • Partner with payer sales leadership on external efforts, stakeholder engagement, and coordination

  • Track milestones, manage dependencies, and surface risks, issues, and decisions

  • Use AI tools thoughtfully to improve productivity, organization, and execution quality

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience
Required:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in program management, project management, implementation planning, or a related strategic operations role

  • Proven ability to organize complex work, manage competing priorities, and keep teams aligned

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to work confidently with senior leaders and external partners

  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to self-start by identifying next steps to advance key objectives

  • Ability to plan and facilitate workshops, working sessions, and planning discussions

  • Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and follow-through

  • Comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency, draft content, summarize information, or support planning

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience launching or scaling new products, services, or channels

  • Experience in payer, healthcare, health tech, or commercial strategy environments

  • Familiarity with customer implementation efforts and partnership coordination

  • Prior exposure to sleep, respiratory or HME industry

  • Exposure to product development, portfolio planning, or go-to-market execution

  • Experience supporting executive-level initiatives or leadership teams
