We’re hiring a passionate and agile Senior Program Manager focused on Sales Leadership Development for our Rentals and New Construction line of businesses. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Learning and Development for Rentals, you’ll build and lead the strategy for upleveling our sales leaders within Rentals Sales and New Construction, shaping the onboarding, upskilling, and leadership journey for two of our fastest-growing revenue engines.

About the roleWhat You’ll Get to Do

Build and Scale:

  • Define sales excellence for sales leaders in the Rentals and New Construction businesses - knowledge, skills, and disciplines that make sales leaders best-in-class 

  • Design & execute a sales leadership strategy that upskills our leaders and allows them to deliver better results for their teams and businesses, and is in alignment with our Zillow leadership framework 

  • Develop programming to build sales coaching, and ensure our leaders are effectively coaching to methodology, process, and sales competencies

  • Pilot and implement next-gen learning solutions to allow our sales leaders to be more productive and effective —AI, simulations, microlearning, sales coaching platforms, and beyond.

  • Establish feedback loops and measure impact on core business outcomes: quota attainment, retention, customer satisfaction, and more.

Lead and Inspire:

  • Build relationships with sales leaders, becoming the expert on sales coaching and effective leadership

  • Foster a culture of experimentation, feedback, and fun within your team and with Sales partners.

Collaborate Across Zillow:

  • Partner closely with Rentals Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, New Construction Sales Leadership, and other cross-functional teams to find leverage in how we develop sales leaders across the Zillow business lines 

  • Partner with Enterprise Talent Management Leadership development team on customizing core content (i.e. Annual review, feedback models) and ensuring alignment across the board

  • Integrate learning into sales performance, career growth, and talent review processes for sales leaders.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $105,900.00 - $169,100.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are
  • 5+ years in Sales Enablement or Sales Learning & Development (2+ years focused on a leadership audience, bonus if you’ve been a Sales leader!) 

  • Bachelor’s degree required (bonus points for advanced degrees in L&D, Org Development, or related).

  • Experience designing, launching, and scaling learning programs with measurable business impact (onboarding, sales skills, sales leadership).

  • Strong collaborator and communicator who can build trust with sales leaders, partners, and across teams.

  • Fluency in sales processes, sales tech, and the unique world of B2C/B2B sales.

  • Data-obsessed: You use metrics, feedback, and analytics to make decisions and tell your learning story.

  • Bonus points: Experience in Rentals/Real Estate, comfort with sales learning tech (LMS, coaching tools), and a love for innovation.
