Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the President of Revenue, this role is responsible for helping design, track, and deliver critical initiatives with discipline and impact. The Program Manager, GTM Initiatives will be a key driver of high-impact go-to-market programs. Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the President of Revenue, this role is responsible for helping design, track, and deliver critical initiatives with discipline and impact. The individual will collaborate across Sales, RevOps, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to bridge strategy and execution, shaping GTM programs that translate leadership priorities into measurable business outcomes. Examples of initiatives include the Field Advisory Board, executive engagement programs, and other cross-functional efforts tied to revenue growth, efficiency, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to design and operationalize GTM initiatives, ensuring programs are structured for impact and scalability.
- Drive follow-through by tracking actions, holding owners accountable, and ensuring commitments are delivered on time.
- Manage execution of flagship programs such as the Field Advisory Board and executive engagement, ensuring feedback and touchpoints translate into measurable outcomes.
- Prioritize and coordinate executive involvement in opportunities and customer engagements to accelerate outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RevOps, Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to resolve dependencies and ensure smooth execution.
- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into GTM programs and outcomes, with periodic updates to senior leadership.
- Lead process improvement and scaling efforts for initiatives that increase revenue performance, organizational efficiency, or customer satisfaction.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, GTM program management, or revenue operations.
- Demonstrated ability to design and structure cross-functional programs, not just execute them.
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Skilled in stakeholder management with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Comfortable working with sales data and using it to prioritize and track execution.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate strategic goals into actionable, well-structured plans.

- Strategic GTM initiatives are designed thoughtfully and executed rigorously.
- Executive engagement is deployed purposefully in ways that accelerate revenue and strengthen customer relationships.
- Cross-functional priorities are aligned, tracked, and delivered efficiently.

- For San Francisco based hires: Estimated annual salary of $$156,000-$190,000
