The Community You Will Join: 

The Roadmap Planning & Program Management team sits at the intersection of strategy and execution with the aim of planning and delivering the company’s priority products while providing executives the visibility and input they require to guide major releases.  You would be joining the business process and operations (BPO) sub-team which is responsible for streamlining processes, supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring that operations are carried out efficiently across the organization.

The Difference You Will Make:

The Senior Workshop Operations Analyst is a planner who collaborates with stakeholders to prioritize and schedule meetings that support the execution of Airbnb’s roadmap. The role requires balancing the demands of leaders and cross-functional working teams under tight timelines and rapidly changing circumstances. The analyst will be responsible for planning and scheduling weekly executive and VP-level leadership meetings as well as continuously improving the scheduling process to scale with Airbnb’s growth. 

A Typical Day: 

  • Schedule and prioritize weekly meetings for executives, VPs, and directors to support the execution of the company roadmap
  • Collaborate closely with executive assistants to prioritize meetings and navigate scheduling conflicts
  • Balance and negotiate competing demands from leadership and working teams 
  • Maintain and optimize scheduling tools and processes for scale and efficiency
  • Coordinate with other roadmap planning and business process and operations colleagues to ensure the entire operations system is optimized for supporting leaderships’ needs
  • Ensure all meeting requests are complete and accurate.  Follow up with requestors, as needed
  • Operate with the highest standards of integrity, credibility, and trustworthiness; maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information and data

Your Expertise:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in executive scheduling, coordination or a similar role
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with senior leadership and executive assistants
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools and calendar management software, especially Gsuite and Airtable
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive, creative approach to problem-solving
  • 4 year degree in business or a related field preferred
  • Experience in tech or consulting sectors preferred
  • Minimal  travel required

Your Location:

This position needs to be based in the Airbnb San Francisco headquarters office 40 hours a week, or as required by the business needs for the role.

How We'll Take Care of You:

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.  

Pay Range
$103,000$121,000 USD
