As the Senior Professional Services Technical Architect, you'll be a key technical leader within GitLab's Professional Services organization. You'll guide customers through complex, high-impact engagements so they can realize the full value of the GitLab platform. You'll own the end-to-end technical architecture across projects in the Americas. This starts with discovery and scoping and continues through detailed design, delivery, and validation of our engagements. You'll make sure every solution aligns with customer goals and GitLab best practices. You'll report to regional Professional Services leadership and translate business and technical requirements into quality deliverables that can be reused across projects. You'll lead projects with multiple consultants and provide expert DevSecOps and AI-driven development guidance that drives successful adoption and long-term outcomes. In your first year, you'll deliver high-impact customer engagements while refining our architectural standards and delivery approaches. You'll establish yourself as a trusted technical advisor to customers and a go-to resource for complex implementations within the team. You'll deepen collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services Engagement Managers. You'll also strengthen how we approach discovery, design, and delivery across on-premises and cloud environments. It's a unique opportunity to shape how GitLab designs and delivers technical solutions for some of the world's most innovative companies. You'll help define the future of DevSecOps and AI-assisted delivery through hands-on architecture, mentorship, and thought leadership.
