About the Role
As the Senior Product Operations Lead, you will be a partner to our Product, Engineering and Go-to-Market teams. This is a critical role for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution. You'll drive the operational excellence needed to build and scale best-in-class enterprise software, with a focus on developing and streamlining processes around strategic decision making, product management processses, aligning cross-functional teams and enabling data-driven decisions.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in SaaS product operations and a curious, forward-looking mindset - particularly in how AI can be leveraged to improve decision-making, collaboration and velociy.
What You'll Do:
- Process & Workflow Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously refine scalable product development processes and workflows across the entire product lifecycle (ideation, discovery, development, launch, and post-launch). Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and introduce best practices for improved collaboration and throughput.
- Reporting & Analytics Excellence: Establish and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights into product performance, team efficiency, and operational health. Define key metrics and KPIs, ensuring data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
- AI Operationalization & Innovation: Lead the charge in exploring, piloting, and integrating AI-powered tools and solutions into our product operations and broader business workflows. This includes identifying opportunities for automation, intelligent insights, and enhanced productivity through AI. You will be a key driver in operationalizing these new technologies.
- Cross-functional Leadership & Enablement: Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless execution, alignment, and communication. Build new and strengthen existing relationships across the teams to facilitate collaboration and execution. Develop and deliver training to foster adoption of new processes and tools.
- Strategic & Hands-On Execution: Serve as the primary lead for critical product operations initiatives, while also being deeply involved in the day-to-day execution. You will build, implement, and iterate on solutions personally.
- Tooling & Systems Management: Evaluate, select, and manage our product operations technology stack, ensuring tools are optimized and integrated to support our evolving needs.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a similar operational leadership role within a high-growth technology or B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of maturing organizational processes and implementing robust reporting systems. You understand how to build for scale.
- Strong aptitude and keen interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its practical applications for business operations. Experience in evaluating, implementing, or leveraging AI tools for efficiency gains is highly valued.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to be both a strategic leader and a hands-on contributor ("doer") who enjoys building and executing.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong bias for action.
- Experience with standard product management and project management tools (Jira, Coda, Amplitude, UserVoice, and other similar product management tools) and BI/reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
