Ibotta is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our Business marketing team as a Senior Product Marketing Specialist. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a passion for product promotion, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting product launches, creating compelling marketing collateral, and contributing to the overall success of our products.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
Lead product positioning and messaging efforts to ensure alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our products.
Create high-quality marketing collateral, including sales materials, presentations, and case studies, that effectively communicate product value propositions.
Collaborate with design teams to produce visually appealing and impactful marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating launch events and developing launch materials.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to inform product marketing strategies.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of product marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Act as a liaison between product, sales, and marketing teams, fostering strong collaboration and alignment of messaging and strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment of messaging and strategies.

What we are looking for:
3+ years of experience in a product marketing or related role
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills, Salesforce, Highspot, and Hubspot preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and effectively present ideas.
Background in product marketing, preferably in B2B technology with a consistent record of ideating and deploying effective product marketing strategies
Proven experience collaborating successfully with cross-functional stakeholders, including senior executives (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, Enablement, Customer Success)
Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems preferred.

Additional Details:
This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals.
Base compensation range: $85,000 - $95,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
