What You'll Do:
- Revenue Ownership & Commercial Strategy: Own product-level revenue performance across the eCommerce funnel, partnering with Demand Gen and CRO to translate traffic into revenue. Drive strategies that balance CVR, AOV, and product mix to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Lead end-to-end GTM strategy for new products, features, and market expansions—ensuring clear alignment to business goals, demand generation plans, and revenue outcomes. Drive executional clarity across teams from launch through optimization.

- eCommerce & Conversion Optimization: Own the on-site product experience, including merchandising, product pages, and purchase flows. Partner closely with CRO and Engineering to test and optimize experiences that improve conversion, reduce friction, and increase AOV.
- Customer & Market Insight Leadership: Leverage data, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and inform product, pricing, and messaging strategies. Act as the voice of the customer in roadmap and prioritization discussions.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, and eCommerce, with a proven track record of leading successful GTM strategies in a digital or eCommerce environment.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, market research, positioning, and messaging principles.
- Experience optimizing product visibility, sales performance, and customer experience with Shopify direct-to-consumer channel.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with an ability to build and protect brand integrity across digital channels.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making in both traditional and digital commerce environments.
- Proficiency in eCommerce tools, digital marketing automation platforms, CRM software, and data analysis.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping not only the success of individual products but also the growth and perception of the overall brand, especially within the eCommerce and digital marketplace ecosystems.
