At OneLocal, we understand that marketing is no longer just about buying ads. We also recognize how challenging it is to keep up with rapidly changing technologies. OneLocal provides SaaS solutions to small and medium businesses (SMBs) worldwide. We offer our clients a broad range of digital marketing solutions that are impactful on their own and even better together. Our goal is to be the perfect solutions partner by combining the right mix of technologies and local marketing expertise. We have recently launched AgencyEngine, which operates as the dedicated partner reseller brand for OneLocal’s AI-powered website builder and other marketing solutions, enabling CRM providers to enhance their offerings.

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to unlock the growth potential of AgencyEngine. We are looking for a big-thinker who wants to be challenged as we scale this "zero-stage" startup within our firm. The ideal candidate is a customer-centric, proactive individual who is looking to join an early-stage technology company and drive growth through storytelling and sales enablement. You will be joining a motivated and fast-paced team that strives to create long-lasting relationships with our partners and produce results. If you’re ready for a change and looking for an opportunity that’s equal parts challenging as it is rewarding, you’ll find it here.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Craft the Narrative: Act as the primary storyteller for AgencyEngine, translating complex AI-driven features into compelling value propositions that resonate with diverse stakeholders (from Finance and Ops to small business owners).
  • Drive Partner Success: Develop "Partner Enablement" kits—including landing pages, email templates, and scripts—to equip our white-label partners with everything they need to successfully sell our services under their own brand.
  • Enable the Sales Motion: Build and manage the high-touch "Account-Based Marketing" (ABM) collateral, including sales decks, case studies, and customer testimonials that directly support the sales team in closing new partners.
  • Define GTM Foundations: Take ownership of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) development and persona mapping for both our partners and the end-user (e.g., contractors, roofers, etc.).
  • Conduct Market Research: Identify target market verticals, estimate market sizes, and provide the strategic data needed to prioritize our product roadmap and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate for Results: Work in lockstep with the Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to ensure our messaging is aligned with the platform’s capabilities and the market's needs.

What You Bring

  • The "Doer" Mentality: You are a self-starter who can generate marketing assets from zero and execute your own ideas without needing a large support team.
  • Exceptional Storytelling: You have a strong background in content or messaging and can articulate "the why" behind a product with clarity and punch.
  • Strategic GTM Experience: You understand the full marketing and sales funnel and have a proven track record of moving prospects through it.
  • High-Growth Agility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt as we refine our "zero-stage" product offering.
  • 5 or more years experience as a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) in one of the following environments:
    • SaaS organization
    • Tech Startup (early-stage experience is a major asset)
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate those into idiosyncratic industry features that drive "attach rates" for partners.
  • Questions the status quo and isn’t afraid to speak up to ensure we are building the best possible brand narrative.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • The opportunity to have a major impact at a growing company that is helping small and medium sized businesses grow their digital presence
  • Remote first: We are committed to a remote-first work environment with occasional team gatherings in Toronto and other hubs. This means our roles are open to candidates who can work between the core hours of 9am - 5pm EST
  • 3 weeks paid vacation + 5 paid personal days
  • Stock options in a YC backed start-up
  • Virtual social events: coffee chats with your colleagues and happy hours!

At OneLocal, we are committed to building and fostering an environment where our employees feel included, valued, and heard. Our belief is that a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion enables us to truly create the best company culture possible. We strongly encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, experience, and perspectives regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, age, citizenship, disability, and national origin.
