Role Overview

At LucidLink, we build a cloud-native file streaming platform that enables distributed teams to work with massive files in real time. Our technology sits close to the infrastructure layer and is used in performance-critical, workflow-heavy environments.

As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be a hands-on, technically fluent product marketer yet mainly Outbound-driven, responsible for translating a complex product into clear solutions, use cases, and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption, preference, and revenue. This role sits at the center of Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, with accountability not just for messaging, but for measurable GTM outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong working understanding of LucidLink’s technology, customer workflows, and competitive landscape through close partnership with Product, Engineering, and customers.

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market for features, use cases, and solutions, including positioning, messaging, launch planning, enablement, and post-launch measurement.

  • Work closely with the sales enablement team to build competitive asset objection handling, and deal talk tracks, and support strategic and competitive deals as needed.

  • Translate technical concepts into clear, compelling stories for different audiences and industries., from practitioners to senior decision-makers.

  • Help shape and scale Product Marketing by establishing repeatable launch, enablement, and measurement frameworks.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with experience marketing technically complex products such as infrastructure, platforms, data, storage, or workflow-heavy systems.

  • Proven ability to understand how complex products work and explain that value clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Demonstrated ownership of go-to-market strategy and execution, not just messaging or content creation.

  • Experience creating and using sales enablement and competitive materials, including battlecards and deal support assets.

  • Experience producing customer stories, case studies, or solution narratives grounded in real usage and outcomes.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Sales Engineering.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity and evolving structure.

You’re Probably Not a Fit If…

  • Your experience is primarily in brand, content, or lifecycle marketing without owning product GTM or handling solutions marketing before.

  • You haven’t worked on a highly technical SaaS product or had to deeply understand complex systems to do your job.

  • You haven’t worked closely with engineers or product managers to understand how a product actually works.

  • You’ve never built or used battlecards, objection handling, or competitive deal materials.

  • You’re uncomfortable being accountable for results like adoption, pipeline influence, or win rates.

What we would like to see accomplished in the first 90 days:

  • Leading the GTM launch for a key upcoming feature or update. This includes deeply understanding the feature with Product Management, developing core messaging and positioning, outlining the GTM plan, and delivering key launch content.

  • Creating one new customer case study or solution brief targeting a strategic persona or industry. This involves identifying a compelling customer story or solution scenario with Sales/Customer Success, conducting necessary research, and producing a finalized written piece ready for design.

  • Conducting a focused competitive analysis and delivering insights for a key market segment. This includes analyzing key competitors' positioning and messaging, and providing 3-5 recommendations to refine LucidLink's differentiation in that segment.

About Our Team:

You'll be joining a crew of passionate problem-solvers who believe in the power of technology to make a real difference. We're a remote-first team, which means we value clear communication and trust. You can expect lively debates in our Slack channels about the latest marketing trends, and we're always ready to celebrate a successful campaign (and maybe share a GIF or two). We're particularly excited about the way our product is empowering both individual users and large enterprises, and we're looking for someone who shares that excitement.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Imagine the satisfaction of seeing a creative team unlock unprecedented levels of collaboration thanks to the content you crafted, or watching an enterprise deal close because your clear messaging addressed their core challenges. As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, that's the kind of impact you'll have. You'll be the voice that helps the world understand the "wow" factor of LucidLink, attracting new users who are eager for a better way to work and equipping our sales team with the insights they need to succeed with larger organizations. Your work will directly shape how LucidLink is perceived and adopted in the market.

Interview Process:

It's our goal to determine whether you're a good fit for our team, customers, and culture. We'll also give you room to ask questions so you can determine if LucidLink is right for you. The steps for this role are as follows:

  • Initial Recruiter Interview – 45 minutes

  • Hiring Manager Interview – 45 minutes

  • Bar Raiser Interview – 30 minutes

  • Cross-Functional Interview (Enablement) – 30 minutes

  • Cross-Functional Interview (Outbound Sales) – 30 minutes

  • Product Marketing Take-Home Assessment – 3–4 hours

  • Skills Assessment Presentation – 60 minutes

  • Final Leadership Interview – 45 minutes
