About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager who combines deep cybersecurity domain knowledge with exceptional storytelling and execution skills. This role is central to shaping our messaging, content, and go-to-market materials — bringing clarity, consistency, and impact to how RADICL presents its products and mission to the world.

As a RADICL Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop and maintain differentiated product positioning and messaging across the RADICL product line.
  • Deeply understand the markets we serve (e.g., SMBs, MSPs, DIB contractors) and the personas we target (CISOs, IT Directors, Compliance Officers, MSP leaders).
  • Translate complex cybersecurity capabilities into concise, compelling value propositions.
  • Draft website copy, landing pages, and digital content that reflect RADICL’s product positioning and drive conversions.
  • Create and maintain sales collateral, including one-pagers, case studies, solution briefs, data sheets, and product comparisons.
  • Develop presentations and PowerPoint decks for sales, investor, and customer enablement.
  • Support SEO and paid media campaigns by producing content aligned with campaign themes and target personas.
  • Collaborate with product management and sales to launch new capabilities and solutions with clarity and impact.
  • Support creation of sales enablement tools, messaging guides, and competitive intelligence materials.
  • Work with product, customer success, and executive leadership to ensure messaging accuracy and consistency.
  • Help identify and develop thought-leadership content in support of brand credibility.[Add Specific Job Duties]

Your skillset/experience should include:

  • 6–10 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in cybersecurity.
  • Strong grasp of cybersecurity categories including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, MDR, Threat Intelligence, and managed services.
  • Proven ability to craft messaging that resonates with technical and executive audiences.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills — comfortable drafting website copy, collateral, and presentations.
  • Hands-on experience creating and managing content to support SEO and paid media initiatives.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally with product, design, and go-to-market teams.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Figma, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and collaboration tools (Slack, Asana).

Compensation

  • Base Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience and location)
  • Bonus / Incentive: Performance-based
  • Equity: Available based on experience and fit[Add Desired Skillset/Experience]

About the Workplace

For this reason, we have a hybrid work model. As a team, we are in office M/W/Th with work-from-home on Tuesdays and Fridays. For remote positions, periodic travel to Boulder will be expected to participate in company events and meaningful side-by-side collaboration opportunities.
