What you will get to do on our team:

  • Create differentiated positioning and messaging grounded in a clear understanding of the buyer, the market, and Flashpoint's core capabilities.

  • Drive awareness, pipeline, and growth for Flashpoint's threat intelligence offerings.

  • Own the product marketing strategy and roadmap for key offerings.

  • Partner cross-functionally to design and execute GTM initiatives and commercialization efforts that drive measurable results.

  • Build sales and marketing content, including collateral, thought leadership, solution presentations, and website content, that moves buyers through the funnel.

  • Equip sales and partner teams with the messaging, training, and support structures they need to run a strong sales motion.

  • Become the resident expert on target buyers, market trends, and the competitive landscape, and use that expertise to shape planning.

  • Represent Flashpoint as a thought leader through publishing, social, and webinars.

  • You will get up to speed on Flashpoint's product and service offerings and the competitive landscape.

  • You will analyze customer engagements and feedback to understand the business outcomes Flashpoint drives for them, and review prospect data to identify the biggest levers and blockers in the sales cycle.

Within 60 days

  • You will contribute to a GTM initiative aimed at new business or existing-customer upsell.

  • You will complete a content audit and map content to the buyer's journey to drive conversion.

  • You will have built working competitive intelligence resources for your product area, and articulated how Flashpoint differentiates itself.

By 90 days

  • You will have a prioritized action plan for your area of the PMM team, aligned to Flashpoint's corporate and marketing goals.

  • You will have built a product demo and delivered a training session to Sales so they can confidently communicate the value of our solutions to prospects and customers.

  • You will translate the product roadmap for your area into a unified launch strategy that supports the broader business.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Product marketing experience in cybersecurity or threat intelligence software.

  • Strong written and presentation skills you can point to, such as decks, launches, or competitive briefs.

  • Experience shaping pricing and packaging strategy for a SaaS product.

  • The ability to run multiple concurrent initiatives without losing momentum.

Base Pay Range: $150,000-165,000/yr plus target bonus
