About the role

Tempo is entering its most exciting chapter yet, moving from an Atlassian-native marketplace vendor to a Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) provider for enterprises, led by the launch of a new AI-native flagship platform. We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help bring this platform and the full Tempo product suite to market with messaging that lands, programs that drive pipeline, and enablement that helps our sellers win.

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Product Marketing, you'll own persona- and vertical-specific storytelling for audiences that range from hands-on practitioners to the C-suite. You'll translate product capability into value that buyers recognize, then build the programs and tools that carry that value into the market. This is a high-impact role for a solutions marketer who is equally comfortable shaping a category narrative and rolling up their sleeves to build a sales deck.

What you'll do

  • Develop persona-specific messaging and positioning for buyers and influencers across organizational levels, including C-suite executives, strategy and PMO leaders, product leaders, IT leaders, and digital and AI transformation leaders — connecting each audience to the outcomes they care about.

  • Build narratives across multiple industry verticals that promote the full Tempo product suite, not just a single product.

  • Design and run integrated go-to-market programs and launches, from defining the audience and the story through asset creation, cross-functional alignment, and post-launch measurement.

  • Partner with Product Management and Finance on pricing and packaging strategy, translating market and buyer willingness-to-pay signals into positioning that supports the model.

  • Create high-impact sales enablement, including pitch decks, solution briefs, competitive battlecards, discovery frameworks, ROI and business case tools, and seller training that supports complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.

  • Partner with the Partner Marketing team to build better-together narratives and co-marketing programs that help ecosystem and channel partners lead with Tempo.

  • Partner with the Growth Marketing team to translate messaging into campaigns that fill and move the funnel, and to test and refine what resonates across segments.

  • Serve as a voice of the market by running customer interviews, gathering sales feedback, tracking the competitive landscape, and validating positioning before it goes wide.

  • Guide how Tempo engages design partners and customer advisors, and ensure what's learned from those conversations — call transcripts, program results, recurring feedback — makes it back into the messaging framework, sales enablement materials, and customer advocacy content.

  • Build and mature launch tiering framework — the criteria that classify a launch's scope and investment level, and the playbooks and cross-functional process that let any future launch run consistently, whether it's a flagship platform release or a minor feature update.

  • Use AI tools day-to-day to accelerate research, competitive analysis, and content production, without sacrificing quality. Automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows across the GTM and launch lifecycle, and surface data insights faster — freeing up time for strategic, high-impact work.

  • Influence the product roadmap by bringing market and buyer insight back to Product Management.

Who you are

  • 5-8 years of product marketing experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, with a strong solutions marketing background.

  • A proven track record developing persona- and vertical-specific messaging for audiences ranging from practitioners to the C-suite.

  • Experience building and running go-to-market programs and product launches that drove measurable pipeline or revenue.

  • Experience creating sales enablement assets and training for teams selling into complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.

  • A collaborative approach, with a history of working closely across Product, Sales, Partner Marketing, and Growth Marketing teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex products easy to understand.

  • Experience designing repeatable, scalable marketing processes — launch frameworks, playbooks, or operating models — not just executing one-off programs.

  • Comfort using AI tools as part of your day-to-day workflow — for research, competitive analysis, and content production — with the judgment to know when they're helping and when they're not.
