As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, Science, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive the success of Curriculum Associates’ new core Science portfolio, both nationally and in state-specific adoptions. You will be responsible for crafting comprehensive marketing tactics and campaigns, identifying key market opportunities, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and uptake of our programs to drive student impact and educator satisfaction.
The impact you'll have:
- Collaborate with the AVP of Product Marketing to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Curriculum Associates’ core science portfolio (English and Spanish), including print programs, digital learning materials, and related services designed to support strong implementations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Gather and analyze customer insights, surveys, and feedback from cross functional stakeholders to refine messaging and inform product and service strategies.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between product features, target audience needs, and marketing strategies.
- Develop value propositions, messaging pillars, product story, and competitive differentiation to drive adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Create and deliver a high-quality comprehensive marketing playbook with print collateral, white papers, and digital assets for multi-channel use cases.
- Execute GTM strategies for new and existing science products, ensuring alignment across sales, regional marketing, enablement, and service teams.
- Collaborate with Adoption Enablement to coordinate plans for state curriculum adoptions, including understanding state-specific standards and requirements, conducting in-depth competitive analyses, and working with local sales and services teams, Regional Marketing to craft executable plans that maximize success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, partner success teams, authors, advisors, and industry partners.
What we're looking for:

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to measure marketing campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills, able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
Required Education and Experience:
- Knowledge of K–12 science curriculum market; specifically in grades 6–8.
- Passion for education and a commitment to improving learning outcomes through innovative digital-first science product solutions.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product awareness, engagement, and sales growth.
- 5+ years of proven experience in K–12 core curriculum product marketing within the educational publishing or ed tech industry, with a strong understanding of curriculum standards, legislation, educational materials, digital-first curriculum development, and K–12 markets.
- Experience working cross functionally across a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
Travel: 10 - 20%
Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay Range – This role’s range is 81,500 - 139,500. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
