What you'll be doing:
- Develop a deep understanding of our business, customers, and product domain to inform features
- Surface insights from discovery, delivery, and customer feedback that influence broader product vision and strategy
- Facilitate discovery efforts that clarify problem areas and evaluate potential solution paths, staying curious about emerging technologies and tools that can sharpen how we build and what we deliver
- Collaborate with stakeholders, operational teams, research, designers, and engineers to define and build product features, building trust through open and consistent communication
- Help develop, prioritize, and manage a product backlog in a lean, agile environment
- Produce clearly-written product requirements and acceptance criteria that balance business and user needs
- Partner with design and engineering through delivery, ensuring quality through thoughtful testing and release plans
- Collaborate with program leaders on go-to-market plans, training materials, and customer communications
Experience and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, business, engineering)
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on strategic thinking and execution
- Proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
- analytical skills and the ability to use different types of data to inform decision making
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing and legal
