We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to define, build, and enhance key capabilities across our product portfolio. In this role, you will help shape how our platform evolves to support modern workflows, deliver intuitive user experiences, and unlock business value through scalable, intelligent functionality.
You’ll partner closely with Engineering, UX, Architecture, and Go‑To‑Market teams to deliver high‑impact features that support customer needs and drive product adoption.
Impact You Will Make in the Role:
Own & Evolve Product Capabilities: Contribute to the strategic direction and roadmap for your product area, ensuring features are consistent, scalable, and aligned with customer and business outcomes.
Drive Product Execution: Translate market insights, customer problems, and business requirements into clear product definitions, user stories, and delivery plans.
Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with Engineering, UX, Product leadership, and Go‑To‑Market teams to ensure the product roadmap aligns with technical feasibility and customer value.
Measure & Communicate Impact: Define and track key metrics related to usage, adoption, customer satisfaction, and business results; share insights to align teams and guide decisions.
What You Will Bring:
5+ years of product management experience, building and delivering commercial, customer‑facing software products
Proven success shipping enterprise SaaS products, ideally within CRM, CX, or adjacent domains
Strong understanding of user workflows, system design, and data‑driven product development
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and product storytelling skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA a plus
