About Invisible

Invisible Technologies makes AI work. Our end-to-end AI platform structures messy data, automates digital workflows, deploys agentic solutions, measures outcomes, and integrates human expertise where it matters most.

Our platform cleans, labels, and structures company data so it is ready for AI. It adapts models to each business and adds human expertise when needed, the same approach we have used to improve models for more than 80% of the world’s top AI companies, including Microsoft, AWS, and Cohere.

Our successes span industries, from supply chain automation for Swiss Gear to AI-enabled naval simulations with SAIC, and validating NBA draft picks for the Charlotte Hornets.

Profitable for more than half a decade, Invisible reached $134M in revenue and ranked as the number two fastest growing AI company on the 2024 Inc. 5000. In September 2025, we raised $100M in growth capital to accelerate our mission of making AI actually work in the enterprise and to advance our platform technology.

About The Role

We’re seeking an experienced product management leader to drive the strategy and execution of Invisible’s most strategic enterprise engagements. In this role, you won’t just manage individual projects - you will lead a portfolio of initiatives, mentor and develop product managers, and shape the direction of Invisible’s platform and client solutions. Sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with senior business stakeholders, you’ll transform ambiguous challenges into AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable business value. Over the next six months, your leadership will multiply discovery capacity across teams, unlock new revenue streams, and establish the foundations for long-term enterprise partnerships.

What You’ll Do

  • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers and analysts, fostering excellence in discovery, delivery, and client stewardship.Build a culture of product rigor, customer empathy, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Enterprise Stakeholder Management: Serve as the executive-facing product leader for strategic enterprise accounts, influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across C-level and VP-level sponsors. Act as a trusted advisor to client executives on AI/automation strategy and operating model transformation.
  • Delivery & Governance: Oversee execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring consistent delivery of outcomes on time and within scope. Establish standards for OKRs, success metrics, and governance processes across client engagements.
  • AI-Enabled Solution Leadership: Shape solution architectures that combine Invisible’s AI toolkit (automation, GenAI, human-in-the-loop) with client systems and processes. Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and operations to ensure scalable and secure implementations.
  • Scaling Knowledge & Best Practices: Systematize playbooks, frameworks, and methodologies for enterprise product delivery. Partner with Invisible’s sales, product, and operations leadership to feed client insights into go-to-market and product development strategies.
What We NeedRequired
  • 8-10+ years of product management, solution consulting, or related leadership roles, with significant enterprise experience.
  • Proven track record leading multiple product teams and scaling high-performing product organizations.
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and shaping multi-million-dollar client engagements.
  • Strong technical fluency in software architecture, APIs, and data flows; demonstrated experience applying AI/ML in enterprise contexts.
  • Deep expertise in Agile/Lean product practices, with the ability to tailor approaches to enterprise environments.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and emotional intelligence.
  • Authorization to work in the US and willingness to travel as needed.
Nice to Have
  • Experience launching and scaling AI/ML solutions in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare).
