About the RoleWe are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead our Supply Chain product area. You’ll own a suite of data-heavy, enterprise products used by large health systems and hospital networks, partnering closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to build impactful cost savings capabilities and turn fragmented tools into a cohesive, scalable and easy to use platform.
You’ll be the primary PM for a cross-functional squad (5 engineers and 1 designer) and play a key role in building out product management as a core capability at the company.
What You’ll DoOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle for our supply chain products (discovery, definition, product development, delivery, iteration)
Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and a designer to ship impactful, data-driven features and products
Spend meaningful time with customers to observe workflows, run user research and discovery, and validate solutions
Partner with commercial, customer success, and implementation teams to understand customer needs and translate them into clear product requirements
Help refine and roll out a consistent product development process with the supply chain team (team process, rituals, decision frameworks)
Drive unification of multiple products into a coherent, user-friendly platform (including rationalizing and deprecating features where needed)
Deeply understand our data model, business logic, and dependencies (data warehouse, application database, data pipelines) to design high-quality, data-intensive user experiences
Mentor less-experienced product managers/associate PMs and contribute to building a strong PM culture and practice
Collaborate closely with engineering leadership and design to continuously improve how we plan, build, and ship product
A clear, repeatable product development process is adopted by the supply chain team so that the team is high performing and working productively together
The supply chain team’s roadmap delivery becomes more predictable
Customers experience a more unified, high quality, and intuitive product instead of fragmented one-offs
The team has become the experts in our supply chain customers
The team can make faster, data-informed decisions with less ambiguity
Associate PMs and adjacent team members grow in their product skills and understanding of the domain of product management as a result of your collaboration and guidance
