About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive our platform shared services, the foundational capabilities used across all products and deployment models. These services include Discovery, Inventory, Identity, Audit, Policy, and Platform APIs, and are designed to enable speed, consistency, and innovation across the product portfolio.

This role balances platform innovation with regulatory readiness. While some shared services operate within a FedRAMP-authorized environment, the majority of the work focuses on building high-quality, reusable platform capabilities that serve both commercial and regulated offerings.

You will ensure shared services are:

  • Designed once and reused everywhere

  • Secure and compliant by default

  • Scalable, observable, and extensible

  • Aligned with both product velocity and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities

Platform Shared Services Ownership

  • Own aspects of the product vision, roadmap, and execution for core platform shared services

  • Define platform contracts, APIs, and service expectations used by multiple product teams

  • Ensure shared services are designed for reuse, extensibility, and scale, not one-off product needs

Innovation & Product Enablement

  • Drive innovation in cross-cutting platform capabilities that unlock new use cases across the portfolio

  • Partner with application product teams to:

  • Identify common needs that belong in shared services

  • Reduce duplication across teams

  • Accelerate time-to-market for new capabilities

  • Balance foundational investment with incremental delivery to ensure shared services provide visible product value

Regulated & Commercial Platform Alignment

  • Ensure shared services can operate across multiple deployment models, including:

  • Commercial SaaS

  • Regulated / FedRAMP-authorized environments

  • Partner with Security and Compliance to:

  • Embed regulatory requirements into shared services where appropriate

  • Ensure compliance requirements do not unnecessarily limit platform innovation

  • Own platform-level decisions related to environment isolation, logging, auditability, and change management

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the product point-of-accountability for shared services used across teams

  • Partner closely with:

  • Platform and infrastructure engineering

  • Security and GRC

  • SRE and Cloud Operations

  • Product teams consuming shared services

  • Provide clarity on what belongs in shared services vs application-level ownership

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in platform, infrastructure, or security products

  • Hands-on experience owning or materially contributing to a FedRAMP

  • Experience designing shared services consumed by multiple product teams

  • Strong technical fluency across:

  • Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP GovCloud)

  • Identity, logging, encryption, and monitoring architectures

  • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable platform capabilities

Travel Expectation: 25%
