Ibotta is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the next generation of audience and targeting capabilities within our Publisher Product organization. This role plays a key part in shaping how top CPG brands and major retail publishers reach and engage consumers across the Ibotta Performance Network.

As a high autonomy builder and strategic thought partner, you bring momentum, clarity, and direction in ambiguous spaces. You transform complex ideas into compelling narratives, uncover customer needs through proactive learning, and drive measurable outcomes that materially impact our business. You will collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, analytics, sales, and ML product leaders while owning the evolution of Ibotta’s audience platform.

This position is based in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid role with in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday.

What you will be doing:
  • Build a deep and firsthand understanding of advertiser and publisher pain points through consistent customer engagement. You create opportunities to learn, not wait for them.

  • Own the roadmap for the audience API, defining the next generation of segmentation and targeting capabilities.

  • Make fast, informed decisions in ambiguous environments, proactively unblock teams, and drive momentum.

  • Collaborate with ML product managers and data teams on modeling and pipeline requirements that support audience quality, performance, and scalability.

  • Lead two or more engineering squads, providing clarity, direction, and decisive product leadership.

  • Support sales and partnerships weekly by sharing strategy, gathering customer feedback, and ensuring our roadmap aligns with customer value.

  • Communicate strategy clearly and frequently, using structured storytelling to align teams and inspire confidence across all levels.

  • Design rapid experiments that accelerate learning and validate direction before scaling.

  • Stay current on identity, segmentation, and personalization trends, continuously exploring new technologies and approaches.

  • Use AI tools to accelerate product development and improve quality across research, discovery, documentation, exploration, and ideation.

  • Uphold and model Ibotta’s Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency, and A good idea can come from anywhere.

What we are looking for:Required
  • 4 or more years of Product Management experience.

  • Proven ability to deliver impact in environments with high ambiguity and shifting priorities.

  • Exceptional writing, verbal communication, and storytelling skills — you simplify complexity and rally teams.

  • Strong technical depth, with the ability to understand APIs, data structures, and architectural concepts.

  • Demonstrated customer obsession: You proactively seek customer insights and convert them into product direction.

  • Strong decision making, prioritization rigor, and a bias toward action.

  • Experience collaborating effectively with engineering, analytics, ML, and architecture partners.

  • Experience in enterprise B2B or platform product environments.

  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate product development.

Preferred
  • Experience in CPG, retail, or ad-tech ecosystems.

  • Background building customer-facing dashboards or data products.

  • Exposure to personalization systems, identity frameworks, or advanced targeting solutions.

Why this role is exciting
  • You will shape a foundational platform that influences how brands and retailers engage millions of consumers.

  • You will partner with top CPG brands and leading retail publishers, influencing strategy with high visibility.

  • You will drive measurable business outcomes by launching a full suite of next-generation audience targeting capabilities.

  • You will operate with significant ownership while helping shape the future of personalization across the Ibotta Performance Network.

If you’re a decisive product leader with strong technical depth, a passion for customer and market understanding, and the ability to turn ambiguity into action, we’d love to talk.
