As a Senior Product Manager, you will work within the Product Team and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap of assigned product areasYou will partner with engineering and cross-organizationally at all levels to drive innovative solution development through a deep understanding of the current business, technologies enabling the business and problems to solve. 

What you’ll do...  

  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop a strategic roadmap that effectively prioritizes areas of investment. 

  • Identify new opportunities leveraging research, data, and internal ideation. 

  • Gain a deep understanding of the business, market, and customer to effectively prioritize high value opportunities that will improve business growth through new revenue and/or operational efficiencies. 

  • Align leadership on priorities within the strategic roadmap and partner with product and engineering leads to ensure synergies with near term work. 

  • Partner with engineering to build solutions with incremental value delivered through iteration and identifying and proving out hypotheses through experimentation. 

About you… 

  • 8+ years of experience as a product manager in the healthcare market.  

  • Proven success in 0-1 product development with an iterative approach allowing for fast learning loops to drive new products/features to success. 

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, delivery models, and constraints. 

  • Research, data first mindset that prioritizes opportunity through internal and external data sources. 

  • Exceptional team player who embraces ambiguity and takes initiative to deeply understand problems to solve and partners with engineering to iterate on solutions.  

  • Ability to prioritize competing opportunities, balance stakeholder needs with business priorities, and drive trade-offs.  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage large projects cross-functionally and translate digital investment into business benefits. 

  • Must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with time-management skills and attention to detail. 

  • Must be driven to deliver results with the ability to establish rapport, earn trust, and effectively collaborate with others. 

  • Experience in product discovery, customer interviewing, persona development and compiling key insights out of qualitative and quantitative data. 

  • Experience as a Product Owner in a scrum team.   

  • Experience with product, design and project management tools such as Productboard, Jira, Confluence, Lucid Chart, Figma, Monday, etc 

  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, MixPanel, etc.  

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field preferred. 

  • Resilient and passionate, understanding that change is constant and having the ability to adapt with a positive attitude.

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $150,000 - $175,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
