About the Opportunity
As Senior Product Manager for Depot Service Solution, you will lead the strategy and execution of a high-growth, high-impact category within the PartsSource Service portfolio. Depot Services simplify and optimize repair workflows through a technology-enabled aggregation of third-party repair partners in our vendor network, logistics capabilities, and service tools—delivered through the PartsSource Platform.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling intuitive, reliable repair solutions that serve a range of customers—from sophisticated HTM teams to organizations seeking turnkey service partnerships through to our vendor partners. You will connect digital experiences with operational workflows to reduce repair friction, shorten turnaround time, and enable scalable growth through vendor integration and ecosystem enablement.
What You’ll Do
You’ll define the product vision, lead cross-functional execution, and accelerate adoption of Depot Services as a core pillar of the PartsSource Platform—enabling a frictionless experience for both customers, vendors, and PartsSource portfolio companies. This includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Define and Drive Product Strategy
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Depot Services, synthesizing customer feedback, market dynamics, and platform goals to shape a differentiated repair offering.
- Lead with a platform mindset—designing modular, vendor-agnostic solutions that simplify complex repair workflows and support a broad range of customer segments and asset types.
- Translate discovery into product strategies that address unmet needs in repair coordination, transparency, turnaround, and cost control.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on data, customer outcomes, and alignment with PartsSource’s broader Service Management and Platform strategies.
Lead Product Development and Innovation
- Guide product discovery, iterative development, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end depot repair experience—across intake, service, logistics, and communication.
- Deliver seamless, insight-driven digital workflows that serve both internal stakeholders and external vendor partners.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and operations to bring to life high-quality, scalable solutions that integrate with existing infrastructure and platform components.
- Develop value-added capabilities such as turnaround dashboards, SLA monitoring, warranty flagging, and customer-facing analytics to unlock deeper engagement.
Enable Vendor Integration and Platform Aggregation
- Define and scale tools that enable easy onboarding, performance visibility, and communication with third-party service partners.
- Position Depot Services as the connective layer between customers and a curated network of high-performing vendors, ensuring PartsSource’s value as a neutral, trusted repair orchestrator.
- Build capabilities that create a low-friction, high-value experience for partners—reducing effort and increasing loyalty to the platform.
Accelerate Market Adoption and Cross-Functional Execution
- Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to build compelling narratives, enablement materials, and success metrics that reinforce Depot Services’ role in improving equipment uptime and service ROI.
- Define customer segments and maturity stages, shaping differentiated offerings that evolve with customer needs.
- Drive product delivery with clear roles, milestones, and alignment across engineering, operations, customer success, and partner teams.
- Monitor client adoption, satisfaction, and usage trends to inform future strategy and delivery cycles.
