  • Deeply understand and advocate for our customers through direct engagement, insights, and user research
  • Prioritize features, technical improvements, and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and resources
  • Define and track key performance metrics tied to business outcomes, reporting regularly on product health and progress
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on scope, ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards, and bring high-quality products to market
  • Lead experimentation and continuous optimization of the user experience
  • Act as the product owner for your area — proactively identifying opportunities, managing risks, and keeping the organization aligned

RequirementsProduct Management & Strategic Leadership:
  • 5+ years experience in Product Management, with a focus on consumer hardware and IoT products
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate a multi-year product vision and strategy
  • Skilled at solving complex problems using data, customer insights, and experimentation
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity across multiple initiatives and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — capable of presenting effectively to executives and cross-functional teams
  • Strong prioritization instincts and the ability to make thoughtful tradeoffs
  • Deep user empathy and a high bar for user experience
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
Hardware, Manufacturing & Global Execution:
  • Proven success taking hardware products from concept to mass production and market launch
  • Hands-on experience working with overseas manufacturing partners, especially in China or other major manufacturing hubs
  • Ability to collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure manufacturability, cost targets, and delivery timelines
  • Familiarity with global product development including legal, regulatory, and technical considerations
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally 2–3 times per year
  • Strong understanding of how hardware and software integrate to create seamless, delightful end-to-end experiences
BONUS:
  • Experience in the baby category
  • Background in privacy-sensitive or security-critical products (e.g., connected cameras, health wearables)
