A pioneer in information management, Iron Mountain is now taking the significant step of making its proprietary platform, Insight Digital Experience Platform (Insight DXP), available as a SaaS solution to implementation partners and external clients.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Experience and Engagement to lead a key strategic initiative within Iron Mountain DBU. This individual will be instrumental in evolving our intelligent content and information management platform into a world-class, enterprise-grade SaaS platform, serving enterprises, public sectors, partners, and global clients.
This role represents a high-impact leadership opportunity, bridging innovation, scalability, and customer success. It goes beyond a traditional product role, offering the chance to collaborate with leading engineers, designers, executives, and enterprise clients to reshape the content industry landscape.
In this role you will be:● Defining and executing the strategy to evolve Insight DXP into a robust, client-ready SaaS platform.
● Engaging directly with enterprise clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure successful onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
● Leading cross-functional teams in the redesign of internal tools, transforming them into secure, intuitive, and high-performance software for external use.
● Partnering with internal teams such as Training, Support, and Operations to guarantee the platform delivers tangible client value.
● Overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from initial discovery through to successful launch, ensuring clear milestones and cross-functional alignment.
● Collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, and Security teams to ensure products meet stringent standards for usability, scalability, and compliance.
● Staying current on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to inform and refine product strategy and differentiation.
What you will need to succeed:
● BS required (Engineering or Design preferred); MBA highly desired
● 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager for a global SaaS solution
● Proven experience with end-to-end product delivery
● Demonstrated ability to own and drive roadmap strategy and definition
● Experience managing feature delivery and product tradeoffs
● Proven ability to manage technical products and uphold high standards for engineering team solutions.
● Experience with Developer-centric platforms is preferred
● Skilled in representing and advocating for diverse critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
● Able to make the case for a product experience and can influence teams to dedicate resources
● Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate a matrixed organization are essential.
● Hands-on experience building quick product prototypes to improve efficiency and max impact.
● Self-starter, possesses flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations.
