Position Purpose: This role is a business value multiplier, focused on maximizing business gains for every IT dollar invested. Create and own features that support digital communication product strategy and IT delivery. Lead the direction and focus of engineering and user experience teams.

  • Develop omni-channel strategies that leverage modern technologies (e.g., AI, bots, automated print composition) to improve patient self-service, reduce operational burden, and support value-based care initiatives
  • Identify feature enhancements, manage associated backlog and roadmap to maximize business outcomes
  • Lead engineering on driving out a technical design, estimates and the delivery
  • Lead UX on driving out design and validate user flows and interfaces
  • Define success metrics and measurement plan
  • Responsible for the entire lifecycle of a product cradle to grave
  • Identify and align to external dependencies

Education/Experience:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Marketing or equivalent experience. 4+ years of related product management experience in a health insurance, health provider, or IT industry.

Pay Range: $105,600.00 - $195,400.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
