About this Role
Turvo is on a mission to unify the global supply chain. We’re building the modern collaboration platform for logistics—where shippers, brokers, and carriers connect seamlessly, share data in real-time, and orchestrate freight with unprecedented speed and efficiency.
As a Senior Product Manager at Turvo, you will own a major product domain and play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform. You will partner cross-functionally to identify high-impact opportunities, design scalable solutions, and deliver a world-class user experience. This is a high-visibility role with direct influence on how logistics works in the next decade.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end product strategy for a core area of Turvo’s platform—drive vision, roadmap, and execution for shippers, brokers, or carriers.
- Obsess over customer needs—dive deep into customer workflows, pain points, and data to inform every product decision.
- Drive clarity in ambiguity—turn loosely defined opportunities into actionable product requirements, wireframes, and launch plans.
- Collaborate deeply across functions—work closely with engineering, design, operations, sales, and customer success to ship product that solves customer problems at scale.
- Lead go-to-market—develop positioning, partner training, release plans, and support collateral to ensure successful adoption.
- Measure and iterate—define KPIs, monitor product performance, and continuously improve based on user feedback and usage data.
- Champion Turvo’s product vision—inspire teammates and customers around the impact we can create by transforming how the world moves freight.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of Product Management experience building and launching software products end-to-end
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics tech, TMS platforms, or freight brokerage tools is strongly preferred
- Strong product intuition paired with analytical depth—comfortable using qualitative insights and metrics to inform decisions
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills—able to align stakeholders and rally teams across time zones
- Entrepreneurial, bias for action, thrives in fast-moving environments and doesn’t wait for permission to solve problems
- Comfortable with technical conversations and systems thinking—you can zoom into API behaviors and zoom out to business value
- Prior experience working with modern product development practices (agile, lean, customer development)
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or supply chain-related field; MBA is a plus
Why Turvo
- Shape the future of an industry that touches every part of the global economy
- Build with purpose—create software that simplifies lives and moves goods more efficiently
- Join a collaborative team that values customer obsession, ownership and velocity
