Leads the product roadmap and end-to-end lifecycle for healthcare technology features and modules. Translates customer feedback into requirements, drives discovery through interviews and data analysis, partners with engineering on releases, defines success metrics, ensures healthcare compliance, supports go-to-market enablement, and mentors product managers.
The Senior Product Manager leads strategic initiatives within the product line, driving new feature development and improvements to support healthcare operations and care delivery. They partner closely with design and engineering to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap for assigned features or modules
- Translate customer and stakeholder feedback into actionable product requirements
- Lead discovery efforts, including user interviews and data analysis
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure timely and high-quality releases
- Define success metrics and evaluate product performance
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and data privacy regulations
- Support go-to-market teams with product training and materials
- Provide mentorship to Product Managers and cross-functional peers
- Other duties as assigned
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in health tech
- Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with agile product development
- Experience with EHR or RCM workflows a plus
Education/Certifications Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or clinical background is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
- Reliable internet connection
- Ability to spend the majority of the workweek on phone calls
