Our Advanced Shipping Software and Warehouse Management System (WMS) help retailers, wholesalers, and e-commerce companies solve the most complex challenges in their distribution centers—without thrashing workers, the environment, or the bottom line.
If you’re excited to work at the intersection of physical operations, AI, and digital automation, ShipHawk is the place for you.
The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution of ShipHawk’s Warehouse Management System. This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role responsible for evolving a core product that sits at the heart of our Fulfillment OS.

Partner with engineering leadership to make informed architectural and platform tradeoffs balancing scalability, flexibility, and speed
Drive continuous discovery, experimentation, and validation to ensure releases deliver measurable customer and business value

Strong technical fluency with APIs, systems architecture, and data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to align executives, influence stakeholders, and bring clarity to ambiguity
Comfortable operating with high ownership, limited direction, and competing priorities
Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or third-party logistics (3PL)
Background working with ERP integrations or embedded analytics
Startup or high-growth company experience
Prior ownership of platform, infrastructure-adjacent, or automation-heavy products
Shape a category-defining fulfillment platform with real-world operational impact
Work alongside passionate, smart teammates solving complex physical-world problems
Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits
Remote flexibility with a collaborative, low-ego culture
Clear path to increased scope and product leadership
