The Senior Product Manager will define and drive the product strategy for the Widgets Platform, enhance its infrastructure, enable teams to build flexible insights, and lead discovery for new use cases while tracking key performance metrics.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Widgets team and own and lead the evolution of monday.com’s Widgets Platform - powering visibility and insights for millions of monday users every month.
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, platform, or infrastructure domains.
- Deep understanding of platform and infrastructure product management, including APIs, SDKs, and developer ecosystems.
- Proven experience driving technical and architectural roadmaps in collaboration with engineering (preferably in SaaS or B2B environments).
- Strong ability to translate complex technical capabilities into scalable, user-facing product experiences used by builders and end users alike.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data and metrics to drive informed decision-making in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with AI-driven insights and how they can enhance product usability and business impact.
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field strongly preferred.
