About the Role

This is a hybrid position located in Boulder, CO with at least 50% time in the office. The Workday UI Platform team is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to focus on driving and delivering platform capabilities that power the Workday product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to develop and ship capabilities that empower customers to transform their businesses with AI, enable scale and speed to market, and drive product adoption and growth.

What you'll be doing

• Identify high impact opportunities to evolve the existing platform leveraging AI 

• Drive the product definition and delivery of platform capabilities

• Analyze data to establish, monitor and measure metrics that influence decision-making

• Function as a central resource with research, design, development, and automation engineers as the product(s) move through their lifecycle

• Identify and resolve issues that may hinder the team's ability to meet strategic and technical goals

• Research industry and technological trends 

• Prioritize features, bugs and partner with engineering to manage remediation and release process

• Act as the ‘voice of the customer’ (and reason) during product development

• Promote high team morale, engagement and momentum

About You

You're a senior product manager who is:

• Driven: motivated to craft human-centered experiences (AI/Web/Responsive Mobile) that deliver business value

• Organized: adept at product ownership, scrum, story creation

• Collaborative: coordinate large-scale projects and teams to get things done

• Communicative: engage effectively with customers and partners

• Technical: work with engineers to navigate technical issues and invent solutions

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience as a Product Manager for enterprise products

• 2+ years of experience delivering AI-based user-facing experiences

• 3+ years of experience creating platform strategy and roadmap

• BS / BA in computer science or equivalent

Other Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI-based user-facing experiences

• Experience as an engineer

• Ability to learn quickly and think about problems from different perspectives

• Ability to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and professionally

• Excellent oral and written communication skills—adept at communicating complex concepts to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership

• Passion for leveraging data informed analysis to define scalable solutions and drive prioritization

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $148,000 USD - $222,000 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $140,600 USD - $248,400 USD

If performed in Colorado, the pay range for this job is $148,000 - $222,000 USD based on min and max pay range for that role if performed in CO.
