Your work will directly improve client trust, reporting adoption, and Attentive’s ability to win and expand deals across channels.

What You’ll Accomplish

  • Own the definition, alignment, and long-term health of core reporting metrics across teams and products
  • Resolve existing inconsistencies caused by differing source data or logic, and put guardrails in place to prevent future fragmentation
  • Partner with Data and Engineering to establish clear metric standards, documentation, and governance
  • Ensure customers experience a single, trustworthy version of the truth, no matter where they view their data
  • Lead product discovery to deeply understand current pain points in reporting and analytics across CSM, ESM, and AM workflows
  • Develop a product strategy that reduces manual reporting burden and unlocks Rev Org capacity to focus on strategic partnerships and high-value customer opportunities
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of reporting and analytics enhancements, from requirements to launch to iteration in close partnership with EPD counterparts
  • Define success metrics for reporting efficiency and track improvements in Rev Org time saved, reduction in support tickets, and improvements in customer satisfaction
  • Build feedback loops with internal teams and customers to ensure the product continuously evolves to meet emerging analytics needs

Your Expertise

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience at a SaaS or data-driven company
  • Proven experience owning data-rich products and translating complexity into clear, usable experiences
  • A strong executor biased towards action who can move from ambiguity to shipped impact
  • Customer-obsessed, you love talking to clients and turning qualitative feedback into concrete product decisions
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Design, Data Science, Engineering, and other Product Managers
  • Highly analytical, with a track record of setting measurable goals and evaluating outcomes post-launch
  • An excellent communicator who can align diverse stakeholders behind a clear vision and roadmap
  • Passionate about building tools customers trust and rely on
  • Bonus: Experience with marketing platforms, analytics products, or SaaS reporting tools
