About the role

In this role, you will be based in our Americas head office in Lone Tree, CO. This role is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office 2 days per week minimum, with 3 days per week working from home.

This role is responsible for driving and growing service revenue through the development and execution of integrated, direct-to-recipient marketing strategies. The successful candidate will own a substantial portion of revenue within their area of influence and lead the planning, execution, and coordination of a small, high-performing marketing team.

Key responsibilities include developing deep expertise in market dynamics and customer segments, performing market analysis, and translating regional customer insights into global product requirements.

This role also plays a pivotal part in informing strategic planning initiatives and collaborating closely with global product management and cross-functional regional stakeholders—including sales, finance, and operations—to ensure successful execution. Additional responsibilities include leading commercial post-market surveillance and developing, managing, and optimizing targeted marketing campaigns to drive business impact. This position reports to the Director of Product Marketing, Recipient Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive recipient engagement and manage the recipient lifecycle to maximize long-term value, conversion, and satisfaction.
  • Use insights, research, and voice of customer (VOC) data to understand the recipient experience, identify barriers to conversion or upgrade, and develop impactful programs to address these challenges.
  • Gain a deep understanding of revenue drivers by identifying trends, key segments, and behavioral patterns to inform strategic decisions.
  • Make data-driven recommendations by analyzing existing programs and customer data to uncover opportunities for new strategies that increase engagement and revenue.
  • Develop and manage content, oversee creative asset development, and guide the production process for assigned deliverables.
  • Drive product lifecycle management—from launch to retirement—ensuring alignment with strategic goals and market needs.
  • Hire, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals using proven leadership frameworks and principles.
  • Support the annual budgeting process and lead monthly budget reforecasting. Monitor and assess spending, proactively addressing overages and reallocating underspend to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Perform additional duties as required in support of business goals.

Key Requirements

To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to meet and demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities in your application and at interview:

  • 7+ Years of experience, including a min of 3 in product marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Management experience

  • Pay Range in the United States: $136,000 – $140,000 based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
