We’ve created an entirely new way to build homes with technology powering every stage from start to finish to provide a seamless experience for our customers. Homeowners across the country can choose where they want to live, select a home plan that’s perfect for them, then personalize and buy it, all online. Homebound has raised $150M in capital from leading venture capitalists like Google, Khosla, Thrive Ventures, and we’re scaling quickly in places like Texas, Colorado and Florida. Come build your future with us.

About the Role:

As Senior Product Manager - Platform, you will be responsible for the core technology that powers the end-to-end construction workflow. This spans automation and orchestration from plan development on platform, bidding on our trade ecosystem, to optimizing resources in the field. As we scale, this platform is evolving into a deeply integrated, AI powered system that connects teams and data across the process.

As a highly technical PM, you will work closely with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to build and refine workflows that drive efficiency and profitability. You will have ownership of the roadmap, execution, and success metrics for the platform.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own the strategy and execution: Develop platform capabilities that deliver high levels of efficiency in end-to-end construction

  • Lead with data and user empathy: blend quantitative insights with a deep understanding of industry to shape product direction.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Engineering, Operations, and Design to execute against an ambitious roadmap.

  • Define product: Define clear, actionable product requirements, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, effort, and long-term value creation.

  • Adopt New Technologies: Stay on top of technology trends to unlock new levels of efficiency with agentic AI running on top of our data.

What You’ll Bring:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a complex product or platform.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong technical fluency - comfortable collaborating with engineers on APIs, data models, integrations, and architectural tradeoffs.

  • Experience in homebuilding or construction technology is strongly preferred or there is an expectation to learn the industry rapidly.

  • 0→1 Product Building: Hands-on experience taking a product (or significant product feature) from concept through launch to market adoption.

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate seamlessly between field needs, technical teams, and executive leadership.

Our Commitment:

We are focused on building a diverse and inclusive workforce. If you’re excited about this role, but do not meet 100% of the qualifications listed above, we encourage you to apply. To apply, please submit an application with your resume on the Career’s page.
