We're seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead our AI and Data initiatives as we transform logistics through intelligent automation and real-time analytics. You'll own the product strategy for both our internal AI/ML platform and customer-facing data products, working at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and practical business outcomes.This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of supply chain intelligence at scale. You'll lead cross-functional teams building everything from demand forecasting models to customer analytics platforms, while establishing the technical foundation that enables AI-driven features across our entire product suite.
AI Platform & Strategy:
Define and execute the roadmap for our AI/ML infrastructure and development framework
Drive adoption of AI capabilities across multiple product teams and business units
Partner with engineering teams to build scalable ML pipelines, feature stores, and model deployment systems
Lead the development of AI-powered features including demand planning, intelligent routing, and predictive analytics
Data Products & Analytics:
Own the product strategy for embedded customer analytics and business intelligence platforms
Transform complex logistics data into actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and external customers
Drive the evolution of our enterprise data warehouse and real-time analytics capabilities
Build self-service analytics tools that enable data-driven decision making across the organization
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with engineering, data science, and operations teams to deliver high-impact AI and data solutions
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for complex data and ML systems
Communicate the value and impact of AI/data initiatives to executive leadership and stakeholders
Support other product teams as they integrate AI capabilities into their features
Product Management Excellence:
6+ years of product management experience with 3+ years focused on AI/ML or data products
Proven track record building and scaling technical products in fast-growing companies
Experience working with data science and engineering teams on machine learning initiatives
Strong analytical skills with ability to define metrics and measure product success
Technical Depth:
Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, data pipelines, and AI system architecture
Experience with modern data stack technologies (data warehouses, streaming platforms, BI tools)
Familiarity with MLOps practices, model deployment, and production ML systems
Comfort working with technical teams on complex infrastructure and platform decisions
Business Acumen:
Experience building both internal tooling and customer-facing data products
Understanding of B2B SaaS metrics and customer success factors
Ability to balance technical innovation with practical business outcomes
Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to business stakeholders
Leadership & Collaboration:
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple engineering teams
Track record of building consensus and driving adoption of new technical capabilities
Comfort working in ambiguous environments and defining strategy from first principles
Growth mindset with passion for AI/ML technology and its business applications
