Ready to be a Titan?
ServiceTitan has ambitions to become the “Operating System of the Trades”. We spend every day trying to deliver the best experience possible to the hard working professionals of the Trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.). We are looking for a Product Manager with the 10x impact mindset and a track record of driving new product features from concept to successful launch, market adoption, and customer outcome realization.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be a member of a highly talented and innovation focused team that is responsible for building the next generation native Android and iOS apps to help customers quickly and efficiently perform their work, whether they’re technicians out in the field or office employees on the go. You will help support all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including research and user validation, go-to-market strategy, roadmap prioritization, development and maintenance, and ultimately be responsible for the continued success of the product. This role requires the ability to be a proactive self-starter with the ability to build a deep understanding of our customers’ business and workflow needs.

What you'll do:

  • Be part of a highly-collaborative product team and help define the vision and strategic roadmap for ServiceTitan’s mobile applications.

  • Effectively execute across all areas of the product life cycle (research, concept, user stories, development, go-to-market, adoption, outcomes and impact)

  • Develop a vision and roadmap that excites our customers and incrementally delivers key features to drive customer adoption and utilization of our app.

  • Conduct research and discovery into ServiceTitan’s existing capabilities and work closely with Subject Matter Experts to understand and elegantly address the needs of various customer personas, including owners, office managers, and technicians.

  • Work closely with designers to rapidly generate design concepts that will delight customers, perform UX research and validation, and create development ready requirements.

  • Collaborate with mobile Product Managers and engineers to validate feasibility of requirements, make adjustments, estimate level of effort, and prioritize against a continuously changing list of priorities.

  • Demo new mockups and features to internal and external stakeholders for validation and generating excitement.

  • Understand and prioritize user needs from customer analytics, user research, and competitive analysis.

  • Manage backlog of features and enhancements for clients and communicate timing and status to internal teams and customers.

  • Effectively assess customer escalations, impact to roadmap and allocate resources accordingly for resolution.

  • Collaborate with the QA team to prioritize product defects/bugs and provide guidance to the development team on expected behavior.

  • Drive success and adoption of your products by working closely with product marketing managers in creating internal and external go-to-market and adoption plans

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of relevant product management experience in B2B SaaS or a comparable industry

  • Ideally 2+ years of product management experience building native mobile applications

  • Strong understanding of Android and iOS native platforms and mobile UI/UX principles (or willingness to learn)

  • Strong communication and writing skills as well as the ability to interface with all groups in the company, including executive stakeholders

  • Ability to quickly learn and understand complex customer workflows

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

  • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others

  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

  • Intelligent, quick thinking, and fast learning team player

  • Proactively surface and resolve conflicts/bottlenecks

  • Familiarity with SaaS business models a plus

  • 4-year degree from a top university, MBA or related graduate degree strongly preferred
