We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Insights & Analytics pillar. In this role, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of how we deliver insights to both our customers and internal business units. You’ll be responsible for building industry-standard reports, defining our semantic and data models, and enabling self-service reporting across the organization. You’ll also spearhead the creation of AI-driven, out-of-the-box analytics products powered by payroll and accounting data – helping studio finance and production teams make smarter business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.Internally, you’ll own the analytics roadmap that supports our business units with a modern, scalable self-service pipeline. Externally, you’ll define a single set of consolidated report types and data sources, while leading the charge on predictive modeling and insight generation that creates measurable customer value.Core Responsibilities
Define and own the roadmap for the Insights & Analytics domain, balancing standardized reporting, semantic modeling, predictive insights, and innovative customer-facing analytics.
Lead the vision and execution of next-generation analytics experiences, including predictive models and advanced insights capabilities.
Consolidate reporting across multiple systems into a unified set of report types and data sources that power scalable self-service experiences.
Partner with the Data Platform team to define the semantic layer and ensure robust, reliable, and well-structured data models.
Build industry-standard, customer-facing reports and intelligent analytics features that leverage payroll and accounting data to deliver actionable business insights.
Support internal business units with modern self-service reporting and analytics pipelines that drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making.
Translate product vision into detailed requirements, working closely with engineering, data scientists and analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Use data-driven insights to continuously iterate and improve product offerings.
Regularly communicate strategy, roadmap, and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
7+ years of product management experience with strong domain expertise in data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML.
Proven experience building and scaling reporting and analytics products, from data models and pipelines to predictive insights.
Strong familiarity with semantic modeling, self-service reporting, and predictive analytics use cases.
Experience consolidating reporting systems and defining standardized data models for enterprise contexts.
Technical fluency and ability to partner effectively with engineering, architecture, and data teams.
Hands-on experience with modern data stacks (e.g. Snowflake) and BI tools such as ThoughtSpot or similar.
Exposure to predictive modeling, ML-driven analytics, or applied AI techniques in B2B or enterprise settings.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
Passion for empowering both customers and internal teams with timely, actionable, and easy-to-consume insights.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment balancing transformation with legacy system constraints.
Special Work Conditions
Sedentary – Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Some positions may entail exerting up to 15 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, or pull.
