Hi, we’re Gravie. Our mission is to improve the way people purchase and access healthcare through innovative, consumer-centric health benefit solutions that people can actually use. Our industry-changing products and services are developed and delivered by a diverse group of unique people. We encourage you to be your authentic self - we like you that way.

A Little More About The role:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, ICHRA Platform to lead the vision, roadmap and delivery of Gravie’s ICHRA product, overseeing both the core platform and the product team that supports it. This person will own the cross-functional product strategy for our ICHRA experience across employer, member, carrier and internal user touch points.

In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, Design, Legal and Compliance to drive alignment on platform-wide priorities. You’ll manage and mentor a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, ensuring tight coordination across work streams and delivering solutions that are compliant, scalable, and user-friendly. This is a high-impact role for a strategic, hands-on product leader who can execute while keeping the big picture in focus.

You will:
·       Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for Gravie’s ICHRA platform, spanning employer onboarding, plan configuration, shopping, enrollment, payments, compliance, and internal tooling
·       Lead and manage a team of Product Managers and Product Owners focused on distinct domains within the ICHRA ecosystem (e.g., enrollment, carriers, employer experience, internal tooling)
·       Set strategic priorities across the ICHRA platform and coordinate planning across multiple teams
·       Partner with stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Experience to identify needs, align on solutions, and deliver roadmap outcomes
·       Ensure the product team delivers high-quality specifications, manages backlogs effectively, and operates efficiently in Agile development environments
·       Monitor platform performance, adoption, and operational outcomes; use insights to inform prioritization and iteration
·       Communicate roadmap updates, launch milestones, and platform decisions clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
·       Ensure compliance with applicable ICHRA regulations and industry best practices
·       Perform other duties as assigned

You bring:
·       5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity managing other product managers or owners
·       Proven experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder products or platforms
·       Experience working in or with regulated industries (ideally healthcare, insurtech, or HR tech)
·       Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
·       Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and make tough prioritization decisions
·       Experience defining and tracking KPIs to measure success and inform continuous improvement
·       A balance of strategic thinking and willingness to dive into details when necessary
·       Bachelor’s degree

Extra credit:
·       Experience with ICHRA, ACA, or other consumer-directed health benefits
·       Familiarity with health insurance carriers, enrollment workflows, or EDI formats
·       Agile certification or training (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM)
·       Experience scaling a product team or leading product operations initiatives
·       Strong systems-thinking approach with the ability to design for both external and internal users

Gravie:
In order to transform health insurance and build a health plan everyone can love, we need talented people doing amazing work. In exchange, we offer a great overall employee experience with opportunities for career growth, meaningful mission-driven work, and an above average total rewards package.

The salary range for this position is $120,900 - $201,640 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered when determining compensation.
Our unique benefits program is the gravy, i.e., the special sauce that sets our compensation package apart. In addition to standard health and wellness benefits, Gravie’s package includes alternative medicine coverage, flexible PTO, up to 16 weeks paid parental leave, paid holidays, a 401k program, transportation perks, education reimbursement, and paid paw-ternity leave.

A Little More About Us:
At Gravie, we're on a mission to reinvent health benefits for small and midsize businesses—making high-quality, affordable healthcare accessible to employers and their employees. We believe better benefits lead to better lives, and we’re building the future of health benefits to reflect just that.

We’re proud to be the only company offering both innovative level-funded health plans and a market-leading ICHRA solution, giving employers more choice and flexibility than ever before.

And guess what? Our customers love us. With member and employer satisfaction rates consistently trending above 80%, we know our health plans are working the way they should. Backed by some of the most sought-after investors in the country, we have the resources and long-term support to build something truly transformative—and we’re just getting started.

At Gravie, we do things differently. We’ll challenge you, and we’ll welcome you challenging us. Good ideas are everyone's job here. You’ll join a team that’s smart, mission-driven, and unafraid to push boundaries if it means making a bigger impact for the people we serve.

If you're energized by a high-performance, high-trust environment where your voice matters, Gravie might be just the place for you.
