2. Role Summary / Purpose

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle of the HotStats financial benchmarking platform, driving its vision, strategy, and integration into the broader Duetto ecosystem. This role requires leading market and customer discovery within the hotel financial landscape, defining key performance metrics, and establishing foundational product management practices to transition the platform from startup processes to enterprise standards. This individual will also contribute to the elevation of the Product Management team through the implementation of best practices and mentorship.

3. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive product strategies and roadmaps for the HotStats portfolio, ensuring alignment with Duetto’s mission and the evolving financial needs of hotel owners, operators, and investors.
  • Establish formal product management disciplines, including roadmap planning, feature prioritization frameworks, and user story development, to bring structure to a recently acquired team.
  • Lead deep market analysis and customer discovery to understand the financial benchmarking landscape, validating solutions against USALI standards and hotel performance metrics.
  • Influence cross-functional prioritization and drive the adoption of Scrum methodology within the engineering team to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality product releases.
  • Orchestrate the management of multiple executive stakeholders with competing priorities, ensuring clear communication of trade-offs, timelines, and strategic progress.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive adoption, support go-to-market strategies, and identify integration opportunities across the Duetto platform.
  • Optimize product performance by defining and monitoring key metrics, using data-driven insights to iterate on features and enhance data visualization capabilities.
  • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the development of product management practices and playbooks.
  • Perform other related duties as needed to support team and company priorities.
4. QualificationsRequired:
  • 5+ Years of Product Management experience shipping great products.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing product management best practices (Agile/Scrum) within growing or early-stage teams.
  • Deep understanding of hotel financial performance metrics, USALI accounting standards, and hospitality analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, particularly with senior executives and technical partners.
  • Ability to make decisions and influence product outcomes using both quantitative financial data and qualitative customer feedback.

Preferred:

  • Specialized skills or knowledge within the B2B SaaS or Hospitality technology industry.
  • Experience navigating acquisitions or leading product integrations.
  • Comfortability engaging in technical/data-oriented subject matter, including financial analytics or BI platforms.
