About your role 

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive donor and organization growth by leading high-impact initiatives across our mobile app, web experience, and donation management platform. You’ll champion awareness, onboarding, and habit formation for donors, while building tools that help organizations inspire and grow generosity. 

Your team 

Your team is a high-performing, cross-functional group focused on driving generosity. You’ll collaborate with mobile and platform engineers, UX designers, and data analysts, and report to the Group Product Manager of the awareness, onboarding and habit formation teams. 

The Senior Product Manager will get to: 

Own the growth of donor and organization awareness, onboarding and habit formation across our app, web and donation management platform. 

  • Drive mobile strategies that move donors from initial awareness to making their first donation
  • Accelerate organization activation by converting inbound leads and qualified sign-ups into organizations actively receiving donations within their first 30 days.
  • Optimize conversion and retention through A/B tests, funnel analysis, and iterative experiments
  • Own the end-to-end product development process, ensuring high-quality releases with minimal bugs and regressions 

To be successful in this role, you’ll also: 

  • Deliver high-quality product experiences in partnership with engineering, design, marketing and data science
  • Lead continuous discovery to identify, validate, and prioritize problems across the donor and organization journey
  • Partner with data science to design and execute experiment plans that validate hypotheses and drive product decisions
  • Collaborate with design to craft intuitive, delightful experiences that reinforce Givelify’s 5-star standard
  • Write detailed product requirements—including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria—and partner closely with engineers to ensure smooth execution
  • Analyze behavioral data to guide prioritization and measure impact
  • Maintain a roadmap aligned with strategic business outcomes and customer needs
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success to drive feature adoption and engagement 

Your qualifications and experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM (i.e., Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or Economics, etc.)
    • Advanced business degree such as MBA is preferred or relevant certifications is preferred
  • 5 - 10 years of product management experience, including a minimum of 2 years focused on mobile apps
  • Strong fluency in UX principles with a track record of collaborating closely with designers to craft intuitive, user-centered experiences
  • Strong analytical background, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and influence product direction
  • Expertise with experimentation and behavioral analytics tools (Split, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)
  • Deep knowledge of product discovery and user research techniques
  • Proven ability to drive complex projects from concept through delivery using Agile methodologies 

Bonus if you have: 

  • Advanced business degree such as MBA is preferred or relevant certifications 
  • Experience building fintech or business intelligence products
