Crypto.com is on a mission to put Cryptocurrency in Every Wallet™. We are building the Exchange and advanced trading products professional and power users depend on — alongside the Crypto.com App, Visa Card, and Onchain Wallet. Founded in 2016 on the belief that controlling your money, data, and identity is a basic human right.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own advanced trading UX end-to-end — web and mobile. Professional and institutional traders live in this surface. Every friction point costs volume, trust, and share of wallet. Your work shows up in whether power users stay, trade more, and treat Crypto.com Exchange as their default desk.

Your mandate is to make advanced trading fast, precise, and design-obsessive: roadmap ownership across web and mobile, sophisticated trading tools for pros, design excellence as a hard bar, and direct trader feedback loops that actually change the product.

You will run your roadmap with independence. You make the call on UX tradeoffs, tool prioritization, and what ships when design quality isn’t there yet. You report to VP of Product, Exchange and you own the how and the when.

If you’ve shipped trading or fintech UX before, this will feel familiar. The difference is you’ll be doing it at exchange scale for users who notice every pixel, every ms of latency in the interaction model, and every order-type edge case — where the playbook for “world-class trading craft” is yours to raise, not maintain.

What You'll Actually Do:

  • Own the advanced trading UX roadmap. You are the DRI for web and mobile advanced trading experience. You set milestones, sequence work, and resolve cross-team dependencies. Nothing in this charter goes live without your sign-off on product and UX bar.
  • Define and ship trading tools for power users. You decide which sophisticated tools and workflows professional and institutional traders get next — and which “nice ideas” never make the cut. Ownership isn’t shipping features; it’s delivering outcomes traders feel in their hands.
  • Hold the design bar. You champion usability and aesthetics as non-negotiable. You push back on “good enough.” You live in design reviews and give specific, actionable UX feedback — spacing, interaction patterns, information density, not vibes.
  • Wireframe and partner in Figma. You’re comfortable creating your own wireframes and driving design conversations. You catch pixel misalignments and clunky interactions before users do.
  • Talk to traders like a peer. You run research, interviews, and community feedback. You ask “Show me how you currently place this order / manage this position,” not “Would you use this feature?” You distinguish what traders say from what their behavior reveals.
  • Trade the product daily. You are a daily user of the platform — your own toughest critic. You feel speed, precision, and friction firsthand and turn that into backlog that matters.
  • Drive cross-functional execution. You align engineering, design, data, and operations around clear outcomes. You prioritize tradeoffs. You own the backlog and the ship cadence.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years owning complex product surfaces. You have owned fintech, trading, or similarly dense products end-to-end and can describe a time dependencies broke down — and what you did to still ship.
  • Design sensibility as a product skill. You can evaluate and improve UI/UX quality with specifics (hierarchy, density, interaction cost), not “it looks nicer.” You can point to a product you shipped that users loved because of craft, and what you refused to ship.
  • Evidence of design-forward shipping. You can walk through a launch where you owned outcomes, instrumented what mattered, and iterated until the number moved.
  • Trading / markets fluency — or ruthless learning speed. You know (or will rapidly learn) order books, order types, technical indicators, and market dynamics. You can explain what makes trading UX great vs. frustrating for power users who need speed, precision, and zero friction.
  • Daily-trader empathy. You are willing to trade on the platform regularly to build user empathy. You ask behavioral questions before feature questions.
  • Data ownership. You instrument your own funnel, size the opportunity, and prioritize without waiting for someone to hand you the analysis.

Preferred:

  • AI player and pilot.
  • Hands-on crypto trading experience: accelerates ramp on mechanics power users expect.
  • Prior exchange / brokerage / advanced trading platform PM work: you already know the edge cases.
  • Institutional or pro-trader product experience: you understand precision workflows and zero-tolerance for friction.
  • Deep Figma / design-system fluency: you move faster with design as a peer, not a handoff.
