  • Translate technical innovations into customer-centric solutions, ensuring business users can derive actionable insights from equity data.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure effective positioning, pricing, and value articulation of Equity products.
  • Execute product launch plans, partnering with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to provide product education, demonstrations, and expertise to internal and external customers.
  • Drive and support ongoing sales and customer education programs to ensure full understanding of product features, benefits and comparisons to competitive products and promote value-based selling propositions.
  • Develop and execute product pricing plans, including price change implementation and tracking competitive market pricing.

3. Product Development & Execution

  • Drive delivery of market and customer requirements, including definition, prioritization, trade-offs, and execution of release goals.
  • Work with Agile Scrum teams to develop comprehensive user stories and maintain a strategic product backlog.
  • Develop detailed product requirements and functional specifications, ensuring engineering teams build high-impact, customer-focused features.
  • Ensure acceptance criteria are met with current releases and conduct sprint reviews from a business/customer perspective.
  • Negotiate backlog priorities effectively with engineers and senior leadership.
  • Drive highly effective customer experiences as measured by NPS, understanding and improving the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Aid in solving customer retention/churn issues and NPS detractors.

4. Market & Customer Engagement

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer usage, competitor products, and equity management market trends, and translate that intelligence into detailed product requirements.
  • Act as the thought leader for equity management software, participating in industry conferences, webinars, and advisory boards.
