Are you excited to partner deeply with engineering to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing learning platforms? As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll shape the technical roadmap for mission-critical education products used around the globe.
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for leading product innovation, product strategy, and the delivery of one or more products within a portfolio. This will include defining the product vision, building business cases, developing roadmaps, reviewing requirements, and working closely with engineering, business, support, and industry participants to ensure business objectives and customer satisfaction goals are met. This role will be focused on supporting the Education portfolio and requires a background in high-stakes assessment and learning products. The Senior Product Manager will also be responsible for interacting with senior management and business partners across the company, as well as managing and mentoring other product managers and business analysts as required.
This position may be based in eligible jurisdictions in the eastern time zone of the United States and reports to the Director Product Management, Education.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead and manage one or more products within the portfolio
Formulate and gain acceptance for new product strategies
Oversee the activities of other Product Managers and Business Analysts as required to deliver compelling solutions that solve critical business problems and delight users
Negotiate cross-functional product dependencies
Work across team boundaries to identify and prioritize new product opportunities
Support the development of budgets and business cases
Analyze potential partner relationships for the products within CFA Institute or outside partners/vendors
Collaborate with IT managers and others to align and prioritize key technology drivers
Define and enhance existing Products with a continuous improvement mindset
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing Automation, or related roles.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of email marketing, customer journey orchestration, and marketing automation best practices.
Experience working with data-driven marketing strategies, segmentation, and personalization.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

In compliance with wage transparency laws in many of the jurisdictions in which we recruit, we provide the following information regarding compensation for this position: Expected salary range: $106,400 - $141,900 per year. All salary ranges are subject to adjustment based on experience, education, and other factors relevant to the position. Additional benefits include eligibility for an annual incentive bonus, a 12% employer contribution to a 401(k) or pension plan, and a comprehensive medical benefits package.
