We’re Changing the Rentals Industry

We’re a profitable, growth-stage company building industry-leading martech and data products for the rentals industry. While originally known for building and operating one of the U.S.’s largest rental marketplaces - Rentable, our focus has shifted to our category-leading AI and data SaaS products with triple-digit growth rates.

We’re a fully remote team of 100+ spread across the U.S. from coast to coast. We operate on a strict no a**holes policy and are proud to have built a community of highly performing people that take our work seriously, but not ourselves.

While we’ve raised $30MM+ to date from some of the world’s best investors, we’re profitable with a strong balance sheet and an indefinite runway. We pride ourselves on achieving rapid growth without having to incinerate capital.

If you like the idea of joining an industry-changing company made up of people who genuinely like each other, Rentable could be a great fit for you.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager at ApartmentIQ who can develop strategic product vision while executing hands-on discovery and delivery. You'll identify market opportunities, define product roadmaps, and work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and data science teams to bring solutions to market. Through deep customer engagement with multifamily operators you'll uncover needs, validate ideas, and ensure we're building products that solve real problems.

You'll balance strategic planning with tactical execution - conducting customer interviews, analyzing product metrics, defining requirements, prioritizing features, and guiding your team through development cycles. We're looking for someone who can think big picture about where our product should go, then dive into the details to make it happen.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product development process from discovery to launch
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to generate business insights
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to rapidly develop best-in-class products
  • Define key product metrics and performance indicators to measure product success
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and maximize product impact
  • Engage with customers to understand buyer and user needs, and diagnose customer pain points
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales on field enablement and go-to-market activities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and optimize product execution processes

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup
  • Demonstrated experience in analytics, economics principles, and competitive analysis in past roles, leading to measurable business impact
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform product decisions
  • Analytical and data-driven approach identifying, defining, and prioritizing problems, opportunities, and solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing startup environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented with project management experience
  • Passion for innovation, innate curiosity, and building products that solve real customer problems

Why Rentable

  • 100% Remote Workplace
  • Competitive Compensation Package
  • Flexible Vacation Policy
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 100% paid Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance Program
  • 401k Program
  • No A**hole policy
