🌎 About Us
At TeamSnap, we believe when the world connects through sports; the world becomes better. TeamSnap is a sports and communication platform dedicated to taking the work out of play in youth sports. We also believe our jobs should excite us, our teammates should support us and our bosses should inspire us. We empower our people to bring big ideas and tiny egos, landing us on Outside Magazine’s list of “Best Places to Work" and Built In’s “100 Best Remote-First Places to Work."
TeamSnap Product team is building the future of youth sports—and we need a Senior Product Manager who’s ready to lead the charge on our Consumer team. You’ll shape the next generation of our consumer mobile app, used by millions of active coaches, parents, and players to stay connected, organized, and inspired. This is a rare opportunity to define the core experience of one of the most widely used sports apps, driving innovation at the intersection of technology, community, and sports. If you’re passionate about building intuitive mobile experiences, love moving fast, and want your work to have a massive, real-world impact every single day, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
- Contribute to the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for TeamSnap’s consumer mobile app, guiding millions of coaches, parents, and players through a best-in-class sports experience.
- Deeply understand user needs through research, data analysis, in-product experiments, and engagement with our sports community; translate insights into clear product requirements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and cross-functional partners to deliver intuitive, scalable, and delightful mobile experiences.
- Define and measure success metrics that drive product decisions, improve customer outcomes, and accelerate adoption across our user base at scale.
- Integrate AI capabilities into the mobile app to create innovative features that that surprise and delight users with unique experiences in youth sports.
What Will Set You Up for Success:
- 4+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering impactful mobile or consumer-facing products.
- Strong ability to break down complex problems, translate them into clear requirements, and drive alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success using data, experimentation, and user research to inform product decisions and optimize customer outcomes.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of influencing at all levels and articulating a compelling product vision.
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with cross-functional teams and rapidly evolving priorities.
- Passion for youth sports is a plus - but a passion for building great mobile experiences is essential.
Compensation:
We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $150,000, inclusive of base and commission, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
