We're expanding our product team to help establish our new Financial module within the broader Bob HR ecosystem. As a Senior Product Manager on this team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping product and business strategy, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role requiring strong product intuition, technical fluency, and the ability to think both strategically and tactically. You'll help mature our financial modeling solution while ensuring it's well-integrated into our larger Bob value offerings.
Base salary for this role range from $165,000 - $225,000 USD per year.

- 5+ years of proven working experience as a Product Manager at fast-paced successful startups.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Comfortable working with technical teams on systems involving formulas, data models, permissions, and performance trade-offs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills ; able to align and communicate complex ideas clearly to a diverse group of global stakeholders.
- Deep empathy for customer needs , frustrations, and aspirations.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels , from long-term vision to detailed product decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to reason about both user workflows and underlying business logic .
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in cross-functional, global teams and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.
- Bonus:
- Proven experience building products for finance or business users (e.g., FP&A tools, analytics platforms, planning software, ERP, BI, or adjacent domains)
- Strong understanding of financial modeling concepts , such as: Forecasting, budgeting, scenario modeling, and multi-dimensional data
- Demonstrated ability to design or evolve products that act as an alternative to spreadsheets , BI tools, or manual workflows.

- Drive the product strategy and delivery for Bob Finance's financial modeling experience, a core part of HiBob's expanding Finance offering.
- Develop a deep understanding of finance and business users inside HR-driven organizations , including FP&A, People Finance, Finance Ops, and business leaders.
- Shape a product vision that delivers the flexibility of Excel , while providing the structure, collaboration, and scale of a modern SaaS platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to deliver seamless and impactful product experiences.
- Help conduct user research and competitive analysis to deeply understand customer pain points and identify opportunities.
- Translate insights into detailed specs, wireframes, and user stories with clear product metrics.
- Own the product lifecycle end-to-end: discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and iteration.
- Partner with platform and data teams to support scalable integration and analytics use cases.
- Define and track success metrics related to adoption, engagement, modeling depth, and customer outcomes.
